Training and Support
Revell Research Systems offers a range of training and support services.
Training
We can deliver formal training on applications (such as Microsoft Office
products, incuding Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) as well as on technical
subjects (such as TCP/IP networking, Microsoft Exchange, etc).
We can also offer onsite support surgeries where we arrange for an experienced
trainer to be onhand to help your staff with issues they may be facing.
We can also provide mentoring and coaching services to senior IT professionals
to help them transition into more demanding business roles.
Finally, we can deliver remote training to anyone who has an Internet-connected
PC.
Support
We can provide Managed IT Support where we essentially take administrative
control of your IT infrastructure and assume responsibility for ensuring it remains
in service to support your business.
We become your IT team providing everything from board level advice downwards under
the supervision of a chartered professional (usually a Chartered IT Professional
or a Chartered Engineer).
Alternatively, we can provide Ad-Hoc IT Support on a reactive basis where
we are called in when there is an issue that needs external help.
We can also provide Complementary IT Support to larger clients who maintain
an internal IT team to cover shortfalls either in expertise and experience or caused
through absence.
Additionally, we can provide consultancy on a range of technical and strategic issues.
