Remote Support
Revell Research Systems uses a variety of different tools and techniques to provide
remote support to its clients depending on their requirements.
We are able to remotely support any Internet connected Microsoft Windows, Apple
Mac or Linux machine. The technologies we use can provide unattended remote access
so we can fix problems and maintain systems without needing client staff present.
We can also provide adhoc remote support at the invitation of any user.
We undertake a lot of routine maintenance outside business hours using remote support
to minimise the disruption experienced by clients in keeping their IT systems fully
operational so they are in service when they are most needed.
The technologies we use are flexible enough to support client staff working outside
of their employer's office whether that be from home or on the road somewhere.
