Remote Training
We can provide remote training to one or more members of client staff wherever they
are provided they are using Internet connected machines.
We use Connect to invite training delegates to view the trainer's machine
or to take control of their machines to show them what they need to do.
We combine the use of Connect with our sophisticated telephone conferencing system
to provide training to small groups of delegates wherever they are geographically
in your organisation, resulting in you making considerable savings in terms of travel
and accommodation costs that might be involved with other forms of training.
We typically use remote training to deliver ad-hoc help on specific issues that
probably don't warrant sending an employee on a long course to learn, particularly
when most of that course's content may be irrelevant.
Our remote sessions are usually booked in hour slots and can be arranged at reletavily
short notice making them great for tackling problems with issues such as mail merge
in Microsoft Word or tricky formula in Microsoft Excel.
The sessions usually take the form of a 'tutorial', working on real probems in your
workpace using the delegate's own machine, which means the sessions are entirely
practical and result in real problems being solved, leaving your staff capable of
tackling them next time.
